Condition measurement

Maintenance costs account for a large part of the total costs of installations. NEN 2767 offers a way of measuring the condition of buildings and installations clearly and objectively. If necessary, visual condition measurement can be supplemented by a range of other tests to determine the condition of specific parts of the installation more precisely.

Examples include:

• Thermographic testing of electrical installations;
• Vibration measurements of pumps and ventilators;
• Flow and pressure measurements of circulation pumps.
