ViSpro

ViSpro has created a comprehensive manual for the SCADA software package, but also offers various training courses on the various components of ViSpro and on the Linux operating system. To ensure optimal support, training courses can be followed by up to five people at once. Experienced project developers can also enrol in the Advanced ViSpro Training Course, in which they learn how to develop ViSpro process visualisations for a project as effectively as possible. Employees skilled at ViSpro spend up to 50% less time coding programs.

A unique feature of ViSpro is that it runs on the extremely stable Linux operating system, which means that the software can be installed on both small embedded systems and complex servers. Thanks to ViSpro's scalability, we can always tailor process visualisations to the client’s wishes and specifications, as well as the requirements of the production environment. In addition, ViSpro SCADA has an optimal client-server architecture that processes data and transmits it to all workstations in the client's factory network.

ViSpro SCADA features several specific components, and experience has shown that Hellebrekers clients have found these components to be very valuable in automating production processes. In a nutshell, they result in high-quality productions and increased efficiency.

Vispro1

ViSpro HMI

ViSpro visualises process data for HMIs and engineering workstations according to client requirements. This enables clients to offer their employees an accurate and relevant visual representation of the processes running in the manufacturing company. The client can simply selects objects from the extensive libraries of predefined visualisation objects and thus minimise the development time required for on-site process visualisation. With ViSpro's export features, it is possible to import data into the Microsoft products used by the client, such as Excel or Access. Charts with all important data can be archived for years and retrieved at any time for analysis.

ViSpro Connect

The ViSpro SCADA software package was developed to be a control-independent automation system, which means that customers can flexibly integrate virtually any hardware they want into ViSpro. The peripherals are linked to ViSpro via drivers, and the package comes with a large number of drivers for the most common protocols. If necessary, custom drivers can also be developed.

Customers can connect an unlimited number of peripherals with the same protocol to the system under a single licence, e.g. by linking peripherals via TCP/IP interfaces.

ViSpro User

Although the basic version of the ViSpro package comes with a licence for one network user, ViSpro User can be used to expand the number of simultaneous users. The user base can be extended without reinstalling the software, so it will not impact ongoing projects in any way. The ViSpro software package has no absolute user limit.

Because of the capabilities of the Linux operating system, multiple workstations (users) can connect to the ViSpro software installed on the server. Any network user can connect to the server from any workstation. By using X-Windows emulation software for Microsoft Windows, every Windows workstation can become a ViSpro workstation.

ViSpro Library

ViSpro Library is where users create projects. The library consists of thousands of objects or figures, which can be easily integrated into clients' own projects as prototypes. Users need only drag & drop objects to add them to the process views for a particular project. When dynamic objects are added from the library, the client only needs to provide a few parameters with data points. All library objects are created using vector graphics and are fully customisable, scaleable and rotatable. Clients can also create their own library with specific objects that are used over and over again in different projects. Each ViSpro Library needs to be purchased only once. To use the objects in the library, the client needs a licence.

There are currently three ViSpro libraries available:

  • ViSpro Library Static, approximately 2000 static objects from 37 sectors
  • ViSpro Library Dynamic, approximately 1000 dynamic objects such as level, colour change, etc.
  • ViSpro Library DIN30600, fittings, motors, pumps, control points, measurement features based on DIN30600 standard.
